Regina has dedicated her career to working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other behavioral health challenges.
Her experience includes helping clients identify unhealthy thinking patterns, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication skills, and develop practical coping strategies that support lasting recovery.
