Robert Galligan, LADC, LPCC

Clinical Director

As the Clinical Director, Robert Galligan brings strong leadership and dedication to our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). A Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Robert has years of experience in guiding individuals through complex mental health concerns. He is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the program while ensuring every client receives personalized, effective care.
Robert’s expertise includes trauma, anxiety, and depression treatment, along with program development and clinical supervision. He provides a client-centered approach that blends professional insight with compassionate support. His leadership allows the entire team to deliver consistent, high-quality services that empower individuals in the Rio Rancho and Albuquerque metro area to overcome obstacles and achieve healthier, more balanced lives.

Phylis Ariss, LMHC, LADAC

As both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC), Phylis Ariss offers a unique dual perspective in addressing mental health and addiction. She has extensive experience working with individuals managing co-occurring disorders and brings an integrated, whole-person approach to care.
Phylis is passionate about helping clients build resilience through evidence-based practices tailored to their individual needs. Jennifer Barela, NP

With her training as a Licensed Substance Abuse Associate (LSAA), Regina Largent provides compassionate addiction counseling for individuals participating in our substance use treatment program. Adam Brue, LSAA
